For example the Apple is used by Apple Macintosh Computers and for Midland Bank’s orchard account, amongst others. Unlike freshwater swamps, which cover large areas of Borneo and Sumatra and receive water from mineral rich river floodwaters, the spongy and unstable beds of peat swamp forests receive the vast majority of their nutrient influx from rain, with the exception of peripheral, shallow peats, which are subject to tidal or riverine inundations (Harrison, 2009).
